First, walk up to the south side of the cage, where the door is. The cage cannot be lockpicked, and getting it open is a two step process that the game doesn't do a great job of prompting.
In the northeast corner of the square is a cage holding prisoners. A crowd will come surging forth, giving Arno a chance to take out a few guards while covered in the crowd, and/or get closer to La Touche. The Assassination Opportunity involves Arno becoming a prisoner and getting a free walk up to La Touche, where he can easily assassinate him.įind the covered food stall in the southwest corner of the square, then sneak up and pull back the cover. The Assistance Opportunity involves drawing a crowd by revealing a stocked food fool, and is of negligible value. There are two optional objectives here to aid Arno in his task. If completing the objective as quickly as possible is the goal, Arno can assassinate La Touche in the middle of an alarm, as long as he can get to him, so smoke bombs and stun grenades can get the job done.
